Denplan Care

‍Denplan Care is a comprehensive dental plan for our patients, covering preventive and restorative oral healthcare treatments. What you pay per month depends on your current oral health and any previous dental treatment you have had.On your appointment you will have a free five minute assessment with the dentist and placed into one of five categories – A – E.Each category has a different monthly payment and is based on the amount of time the dentist will need to spend with you each year and on any future treatment you may need.

What’s Included On Denplan Care

• Dental check-ups (as clinically necessary)

• Periodontal treatment
•  Preventive dental advice and therapy
• Crowns, dentures and bridgework (excluding lab fees)
•  Root canal treatment

What’s not Included On Denplan Care

• Lab fees / prescriptions
• Any treatments your dentist has specially excluded from your contract
• Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
• Treatment carried out elsewhere
• Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
• Sedation fees
• Extraction of wisdom teeth
• Treatment that's not clinically necessary

Denplan Essentials

Denplan Essentials is an easy set-up maintenance plan. You pay a monthly fee that covers a set number of treatments, including dental check-ups, dental hygiene visits and dental x-rays. You can sign up quickly and easily even if you have outstanding treatment.
At the practice we have one set price which is £11.99 a month. For this you will receive the following treatment each year:

• 2 check-ups
• 2 hygiene visits
• Any necessary x-rays
• 5% discount if you need any restorative treatment (fillings, extractions, crowns)
• By joining the plan, you save £10 a year compared to paying as you go for your appointments

What’s Not Included On Denplan Essentials?

Restorative dental treatments. (Such as fillings, crowns,bridges or dentures, lab fees and prescriptions)

• Any treatments your Dentist has excluded from your plan contract
• Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
• Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
• Sedation fees
• Treatment carried out elsewhere
• Extraction of wisdom teeth 

‍With both plans (Denplan Care and Denplan Essentials) you have the option to add Denplan Supplementary Insurance, giving you world wide dental injury and dental emergency cover. The insurance also includes a 24-hourworldwide dental emergency helpline.

What's included with Denplan Supplementary Insurance?

• You can claim up to £450 for temporary emergency treatment in the UK, when you're more than 40 miles from your registered dental practice
• You can claim up to £470 for temporary emergency treatment abroad
• You can claim cover towards treatment costs for a dental injury
• Mouth cancer cover
• Access to a 24-hour worldwide dental emergency helpline
